Massive Attack
Their new album is shit. At least the much-maligned 100th Window was consistent and had some sort of sonic theme. This one dips from the quality of tracks like Paradise Circus into flimsy ‘rock’ tracks with guitars and drums as flat as a Garbage B-side, a million miles away from the jet black guitar sound of Mezzanine.
It’s a shame Burial’s been drafted in to remix this...

After having finally watched Moon, I’d say it’s the third in Western cinema’s 1 Man, 1 Mind trilogy, beginning with Fight Club, continuing with 2000’s Memento and culminating in Moon - 3 films, 3 men, 3 minds, 3 decades.
