Well, top 22 technically, but 15 standalones/serials overall.

1-3. Last of the Time Lords/Sound of Drums/Utopia (British TV has never been better. So nasty, depressing and downright bold. LoTS is my all time favourite)

4. The Lodger (always gives me a nice glow, and manages to be funnier than most British sitcoms without even trying)

5. The 11th Hour (lets itself down with the laptop hacking stuff near the end. Otherwise perfect. But - whatever happened to Jeff & Mrs Angelo?)

6-7. Time of Angels/Flesh & Stone (scarier than Blink)

8. Amy’s Choice (Dream Lord rules)

9. Stolen Earth (pure adrenalin. shame they fucked it up so badly with part 2)

10. Waters of Mars 

11. Vincent & the Doctor

12-13. Silence in the Library/Forest of the Dead (bring back the Vashta Nerada!)

14-15. Pandorica Opens/Big Bang

16. Beast Below (bring back the Smilers!)

17. Dalek

18. Parting of the Ways

19-20. Army of Ghosts/Doomsday

21-22. Human Nature/Family of Blood (I’ll always love Marth Jones)
